Real estate agent Kim Palazzolo has a deep tradition of military service in her family. She is the daughter of a Vietnam-era Air Force veteran and wife to a West Point graduate Army veteran, as well as being a niece of and cousin to members of the Navy and Marines. After moving to Fort Lauderdale, Florida from Long Island, New York, then to Vero Beach, Kim became an active member of Next Generation Veterans of Indian River County. She is passionate about Dale Sorensen Real Estate’s Heroes on the Move program, which is aimed at honoring and assisting first responders, active military and veterans, and education professionals when they buy and sell their homes.
Kim earned a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Florida Atlantic University and began a career in Public Information and construction marketing for Florida Department of Transportation. With that experience, Kim is especially knowledgeable in communications, marketing, advertising and social media and utilizes those skills to help her customers sell their homes in the shortest amount of time possible and for the highest price attainable.
Kim has always been fascinated with “all things homes” including décor, materials, and home improvements, which was the perfect segue into real estate. She enjoys working with people on a personal, one-to-one level, learning what her buyers’ perfect home would look like and finding that dream home with them. Comfortable with contracts and agreements, Kim understands that buying or selling a property or home is a stressful time for most people and takes great pride in helping her customers navigate the real estate process smoothly and with satisfaction.
