Description
Joe Giaquinto is a retired Navy Captain with over 30 years of Department of Defense acquisition experience. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and served as a Surface Warfare Officer before becoming a member of the Navy’s Engineering Duty Officer Community. He has decades of experience developing and fielding military technology specializing in Navy space launch systems. His 26 year career culminated in commanding a $1.5B Navy energetics research, development, testing and manufacturing laboratory in Indian Head, MD.
After retiring from the Navy, Joe held the position of Vice President for Strategic Systems Safety and System Engineering at EMCUBE Incorporation, a DoD consulting firm, headquartered in Alexandria, VA. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering and Master’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration.
During his active duty years, Joe and his family made numerous moves buying and selling residential properties across the country. He understands the relocation needs of military families, as well as retirees and anyone relocating to the Florida Space Coast.
