Sarah Garner, a licensed Florida Realtor®, loves all the various facets of real estate. With a Bachelor Degree in economics and accounting from Bellarmine University, she excels at reading and writing contracts, contract negotiation and understanding current market trends. She understands the financial impact of such a large investment in a family’s life and strives to help her customers understand the real estate process. Sarah’s friendly personality, sunny disposition and ability to listen carefully, makes her customers feel comfortable putting the sale or purchase of their home in her hands.
Sarah previously lived in Vero Beach from 2002-2006, before moving permanently to Vero Beach from her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. Sarah is anxious to show off her “new hometown” to those looking to make the small coastal community their new home as well. Bringing her love of equestrian activities from Kentucky, Sarah has learned the equestrian community of Vero Beach and can help newly transplanted horsemen continue to follow their passion.
In addition to horses, Sarah also adores dogs. She and her husband Chris, along with their two daughters, like to experience the many wonderful things to do in Vero Beach including going to the beach and enjoying Florida’s mild climate.
