Description
Stacey was born and raised in New York State and has been a paralegal for most of her adult life working in real estate, litigation and medical malpractice. As such, Stacey is exceptionally detail oriented and organized. Her strong work ethic and determination has always led her to meet and exceed customer expectations in everything that she does.
She decided to leave the office environment when her and her husband opened, owned and operated a high-end steakhouse in upstate New York. Several years later, she missed the “legal world” and began a remote paralegal business which she does part time.
In 2017, Stacey and her husband built a home in Melbourne Beach, Florida with the eventual goal of retiring there. They had been vacationing in Florida for nearly twenty (20) years prior to deciding to make Melbourne Beach their home.
After building up a successful restaurant and working tirelessly in the industry for many years, they decided to sell their business and home in New York and make the big move to Florida.
After relocating to Florida, Stacey decided that being a real estate agent would coincide with her legal background and began her career as a real estate agent. Over the years, Stacey has owned several older homes, built several new homes, and used her homes as primary residences as well as rental properties. She is fully familiar with the design, permitting and construction process. In owning older homes, she is familiar with the renovation and upkeep process. She feels her general knowledge in business, real estate, relocation, and legal expertise can be a great asset in helping people find their dream homes or sell their current home. Stacey is also a notary public in Florida and New York.
When Stacey is not keeping busy with real estate or legal support, you can find her enjoying Florida’s beautiful beaches, exercising, dabbling in photography or in the kitchen whipping up delicious meals for her family and friends.
