Here's a cringe worthy story coming out of Flager County. A couple's dreamhome, built in the oceanfront community of Ocean Hammock, was built on the wrong lot! Instead of being built on lot 12, it was erected on lot 11, supposedly a much more expensive piece of property. How did this happen? From all news accounts the property was surveyed, and permitted. Per the news it was actually surveyed a total of 3 separate times, by two different surveyors.
Building a home, any home, can be a tedious, and sometimes stressful process. Can you imagine coming to the end only to find out it's in the wrong spot? It does appear that the owners are trying to work out a satisfactory solution for all parties, and I for one wish them luck!
