When we asked about a community, she told us right away its pros and cons: the location, the amenities, the HOA, the rental potential, etc. Eva is also quite resourceful. The title company she recommended is a pleasure to work with. If you need a good handyman or landscaper, she has some to recommend. Don't know the phone numbers of FPL or Indian River Utilities? No problem! She'll text them to you right away.

More important than anything else, Eva respects her customers and care about them. She always listened patiently to our concerns and questions. No question is too small and no concern is too trivial. She made suggestions and let us make decision. She showed us options and let us choose.
